This short course will provide a structured approach for exploring upskilling your organization in a highly technical world. Many of the data review and verification systems and processes either no longer scale, due to new data sources, or are too expensive for their limited value. This short course will be interactive and leverage real-world examples as exercise. We will have a mixed format of presentation, small group exercise and wrap up activities.
This short course will explore a framework for easily assessing the current skill levels of SMEs in a clinical development and trial management. This can be performed at a smaller team level. Introducing advanced technical skills without foundational skills in place generally fails.
Participants will leave the short course with a plan for how to upskill their organization with both short and long term solutions that can be applied as soon as the course is completed.
