The NAMCP Value Based Care Council developed a short form in order to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency with which value propositions can be shared between industry and the medical leadership of various payers and entities throughout the country. This same short form provides a concise and consistent manner with which value propositions can be shared and provides the ability to align expectations prior to actually conducting conversations or having a meeting regarding a product or service. The Product Value Proposition Customer Engagement Short Form consists of two components, guidance for industry as it pertains to understanding the expectations and dynamics of the customer, as well as a one page form to be executed by the respective industry so as to provide concise and consistent information regarding their product.
