In this presentation, Dr. Ryan Spaulding will briefly discuss telemedicine before COVID and how the virus compelled a complete paradigm shift in telemedicine and health care. He will cover how this rapid surge of telemedicine activity has challenged previous assumptions about telehealth adoption and implementation and will offer planning strategies for moving forward with telehealth as a long-term delivery modality.
