Best practices in patient preference methodology have been established by ISPOR. In certain therapeutic, areas, the complexity of treatment algorithms, the set of treatment alternatives, and patient characteristics may bring ambiguity about how to apply established guidelines. The authors present 20 questions that may arise in such situations and explain how they have been addressed in actual studies.
In preparation for the webinar, all registrants will be provided a weblink to a 5-minute survey that includes a discrete choice experiment (DCE). The data will be analyzed in aggregate and the findings will be used to illustrate examples of solutions to selected questions covered during the webinar. The authors have collated a list of common questions that have arisen in stated preference research, and we plan to these during the webinar. Please register by Tuesday, May 13, 2020 so your responses to the short DCE can be included in the analysis!
