Emory Healthcare and Walmart are reportedly partnering to boost care quality and trim health care costs.
Emory Accountable Care Plan (ACP) is an accountable care organization which is set to serve Atlanta-based Walmart associates, according to a Healthcare Dive report.
Emory University Orthopaedics and Spine Hospital and Emory Orthopaedics and Spine Center have been dubbed by Walmart as national Centers of Excellence for associates who require spinal and joint replacement procedures.
The ACP, according to Healthcare Dive, will delivery primary health coverage for workers at 55 Walmart, Sam’s Club and Walmart Distribution Center locations around Atlanta.
