Two Online Decision Modelling Courses for Health Economists and Health Professionals

March 30, 2021

The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and the University of York have partnered to offer two online courses on decision modelling. The courses are aimed at health professionals and health economists seeking to develop their cost-effectiveness analytical tools. The Foundations Course takes place over three weeks while the Advanced Course takes place over four weeks. Registrants may take one or both courses.

“Decision analytic modelling is widely used internationally as a means of estimating the costs, outcomes and cost-effectiveness of different interventions and programmes in health care and public health. In particular, these methods are often employed to assess the value of new pharmaceuticals as a basis for health systems to determine whether they should be funded.” Learn more here.
