The NICE methods of health technology evaluation: the case for change

NICE recently posted a consultation entitled “The NICE methods of health technology evaluation: the case for change” which details its proposals for reviewing and/or updating its methods. It sets out 5 areas of work with 56 separate proposals listed separately across these sections. These proposals include some core HEOR evaluation methods and ISPOR plans to respond to this consultation. For feasibility purposes, we will focus on a subset of these 56 proposals selected by our Health Science Policy Council.

ISPOR plans to respond to this call for consultation and is seeking member input. Based on your responses, and with the assistance of ISPOR’s Health Sciences Policy Council, ISPOR will provide a complete response. Please submit your input here by December 8.
