Louisiana's proposed Netflix-style payment model to pay for curative hepatitis C medicines will take center stage at a pre-conference symposium at the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research's (ISPOR) upcoming meeting in New Orleans.
According to a National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC) blog post, the symposium is slated for 6 p.m. EST May 19.
The discussion, which will be moderated by NPC CSO Robert Dubois, will feature:
- Alexander Billioux, Louisiana Department of Health's Office of Public Health;
- Vadin Lubarsky, Novartis Services, Inc.; and
- Mark Trusheim, MIT NEWDIGS.
