According to a Wall Street Journal report, some employers are taking active steps to tackle rising health insurance costs to avoid saddling employees with ever-growing bills.
“The CEOS of our clients are more involved in the health-care benefits program than I’ve seen in 25 years,” Aon PLC Senior Vice President Jim Winkler tells WSJ. “It’s, ‘What are we spending our money on, and does it make sense?'”
