SDOH Vendors Look to Build Pathways to Key Resources

New specialized vendors are taking action with social determinants of health by developing new software solutions that aim to bridge the gap to key resources for providers and patients, Managed Care reports.
“Our big focus is how [to] bring human and social service providers to the same priority level as health care,” Unite Us President Taylor Justice said.
According to the report, Kaiser Permanente is using the United Us platform to tackle social determinants issues.
