RWD Company Cerner Acquires Kantar Health for $375 Million

Cerner Corporation has announced its acquisition of life sciences company Kantar Health of Kantar Group for a cash sum of $375 million. Cerner’s focus on RWD (real world data) combined with Kantar Health’s expertise is expected to speed up drug development and to improve outcomes for patients throughout the globe.
