Roche, Genentech Enter into RWD Deal with PicnicHealth

Roche and Genentech have entered into an agreement with PicnicHealth, a San Francisco-based startup, to generate new insights into certain diseases, according to a MobiHealthNews report.

According to the report, the agreement will initially focus on multiple sclerosis, but could in the future expand to include Huntington’s disease.

“Our strategic partnership with PicnicHealth will allow us to better understand serious diseases and accelerate development of effective treatments tailored to the individual needs of patients,” head of Roche Pharma Partnering James Sabry said in a statement.
