Research Suggests Pharma Retains Lowest Share of Revenue than Other High R&D Industries

Oxford Economics in a new study suggests the pharmaceutical industry only retains 52 percent of total spending, with the remaining amount going to wholesalers, distributors and retail margins, according to a PhRMA blog post.

Other key industries with a heavy emphasis on research and development retain more of their total spending, researchers found.
