Research Finds Changes in Consumer Health Care Utilization

New research by Leede Research suggests roughly 72 percent of U.S. consumers have significantly changed their use of health care services, Healthcare Finance News reports.

The survey found that while a majority (58 percent) of consumers believe their doctor to be the most trusted source of information, only 31 percent feel “comfortable” about visitation.
