Richard White, Oxford PharmaGenesis COO, in a recent article looks at how patient-reported outcomes (PROs) fit into publication planning.
In his article, according to The Publication Plan, White backs a more broad scope in publication planning to incorporate all available evidence, be it economic, social, behavioral and policy.
White also writes studies involving patients should acknowledge for their role in the study.
“A short statement in the Acknowledgements section of a conference presentation or journal article is simple to do, but will be hugely valued,” he writes.
