PRMA Consulting Highlights Leading Women in Market Access IT Sector

Women constitute a small percentage of the information technology applicant pool; only 17% of information and communication technology specialists in Europe are women. However, PRMA Consulting notes that despite the small pool of applicants, it has been able to attract women to 100% of leadership roles in digital applications and information technology. A recent article highlights the thoughts of leaders at PRMA Consulting regarding its inclusive culture and the traits found in top performers.

Partner Sotiria Papanicolaou remarks, “Data shows that women are under-represented in the IT industry and, in some companies, there is a glass ceiling with a decreasing number of women on the higher rungs of the management ladder. In our company, there are more women in the Executive Leadership Team than men.
