NPC: No ‘Best’ Framework for Value Assessment

The National Pharmaceutical Council (NPC) in a recent report found that out of seven value assessment frameworks, there was no “best” framework for determining a product’s value.
NPC Vice President for Health Services Research tells the Society for Women’s Health Research that there not being a top framework isn’t a “bad thing.”
“I don’t think we could ever get to a point where there is one best framework that answers all questions for all stakeholders,” she said.
