MDIC Releases Best Practices for Communicating Benefit, Risk, and Uncertainty for Medical Devices

The Medical Device Innovation Consortium (MDIC) released its report on of Best Practices for Communicating Benefit, Risk, and Uncertainty for Medical Devices. The report focuses on providing evidence-based best practices and identifies characteristics of providers and patients while examining how the dissemination of scientific and medical information affects patients’ comprehension and decision-making.
