MAPS Appoints Dwyer as First Chair of New Committee

The Medical Affairs Professional Society (MAPS) appointed medical affairs consultant Mary Dwyer as the first chair of its Executive Program Committee.

Dwyer, who was most recently AstraZeneca’s vice president of Global Medical Excellence, brings more than 25 years of experience in medical affairs.

“I am very excited to take on this new role as Chairperson of the Executive Program Committee,” Dwyer said in a statement. “Working with the 11 Focus Area Working Groups will be a privilege as we deliver critical capability development for a high impact Medical Affairs organizations.”
