Judge Denies Shkreli’s Request for Release

A judge denied Martin Shkreli’s request to be released from prison to help in the fight against COVID-19, pharmaphorum reports.
The judge in his ruling called Shkreli’s plan “delusional.”
“Disappointed but not unexpected,” Shkreli’s lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, said in response to the judgment.
