ICER VP of Research Recognized as Emerging Health Leader, Seeks to Improve Health Equity

Foluso Agboola, a Nigerian researcher who pursued her training at Harvard before joining the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER), has been recognized by Managed Healthcare Executive as one of 13 rising stars. She’s passionate about drug pricing reform and addressing health inequities.

According to Agboola, “I dream of a health system where everyone has sustainable access to high-value care. ICER helps realize this dream by pressuring drugmakers to price drugs in alignment with how well those drugs improve patients’ lives and pressuring U.S. payers to reward fair pricing with fair access.” Read more here.
