How COVID-19 is Impacting Outsourcing Engagements

A recent article on the Future of Sourcing looks at how the outsourcing industry can better navigate the challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The novel virus has presented a number of issues, according to the article, including issues related “to complying with physical and logical security requirements, maintaining productivity, and provisioning assets to all resources.”

“In many cases, providers may not be able to meet the needs as outlined in an outsourcing contract, which may not have contemplated remote worker scenarios for all roles,” the author, Pace Harmon’s Marc Tanowitz, writes.
