Hoboken-based health care consultancy acquired by GHO Capital

Global Healthcare Opportunities said Monday that it acquired Genesis Research , a Hoboken-based provider of tech-enabled real-world evidence and health economics and outcomes research services. Genesis has an established footprint in the U.S. and the U.K., with more than 120 employees. Founded in 2009, it is a pioneer in RWE and HEOR services via tech-enabled data and science-first solutions, servicing innovators across the life sciences industry.
