Garrison, Howard Discuss Future of Value Assessment

The American Journal of Managed Care (AMJC) recently interviewed two panelists set to discuss the future of value assessment during ISPOR’s virtual conference.

AJMC interviewed University of Washington’s Lou Garrison and the National Psoriasis Foundation’s Leah Howard.

“I actually believe that the discussions around value assessment are going to become more important in the coming year,” Howard said. “So I think as we look at the challenges placed by the current healthcare pandemic on our system, I think these questions around value and whether, for example, one treatment delivers more value to a patient than another, I think is going to become all the more important.”
