Express Scripts Integrates Member Benefits and Rx Discount Card Pricing

Express Scripts has unveiled its new Right Price program, which lets members effortlessly get savings on prescription drugs by automatically applying all applicable discount card savings. While prescription discount cards can save money for many patients, their utility to patients is limited by the extra steps necessary to take advantage of them. The Right Price program takes that responsibility out of members’ hands and gets them the best deal possible.

According to Matt Perlberg, senior VP of supply chain at Express Scripts, “The goal is to offer a solution that is seamless to the point that members aren’t even aware it’s working. Integrating these discounts into the benefit keeps Express Scripts’ health and safety checks in place when members are in this situation.”
