Datavant Seeks to Improve Data Sharing

Datavant seeks to streamline data sharing across platforms while maintaining privacy. Datavant has recently announced partnerships with specialty hub providers, including IntegriChain, PRECISIONxtract, and EVERSANA. Unlike other platforms, Datavant provides extensive patient data, without disclosing the identity of the patients.
“Datavant announced $40 million in Series B funding in October 2020, bringing Datavant’s cumulative fundraising to $83 million. The round was led by Transformation Capital, with participation by new investors Johnson & Johnson Innovation – JJDC, and Cigna Ventures, as well as participation by existing shareholders Roivant Sciences and Flex Capital. This investment is planned to support Datavant as it continues to expand the open healthcare data ecosystem.” Learn more here.
