CSRxP’s Aronson: Pharma Must Halt Summer Price Hikes

The Campaign for Sustainable Rx Pricing (CSRxP) is calling on the pharmaceutical industry to halt summer price hikes as the country grapples with the COVID-19 pandemic.
In an opinion piece published on Morning Consult, CSRxP Executive Director Lauren Aronson writes “patients and families need relief, not higher prices.”
“During these challenging times, Big Pharma companies should put people before profits and suspend summer price hikes that would increase financial strain and health care uncertainty for millions of American patients and families in the midst of a historic crisis,” she writes.
