Cochrane Deputy Editor in Chief Discusses New Partnership with NICE

Cochrane and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) have announced a partnership to share in-progress articles for the Cochrane Library. The collaboration will bolster NICE guidelines and healthcare decision-making.

Cochrane Deputy Editor in Chief Toby Lasserson remarks, “While it can be hard to coordinate timely production of reviews with the guideline development process, sharing the results of Cochrane reviews before their publication has produced more effective ways of working and helps to benefit NICE, people working in the NHS and ultimately people using the health service.” Read more here.
