Cigna Rebrands Health Services Business Line as Evernorth

Cigna’s health services business line will be rebranded and launched as Evernorth, which will also include several other segments, including pharmacy benefit manager Express Scripts and specialty pharmacy Accredo. Healthy Ways to Work, a suite of tools for health plans and employers to manage their employees’ needs amid COVID-19, will be the first solutions to launch under Evernorth. Existing solutions such as Embarc Benefit Protection—which increases access to high-cost gene therapies—will also relaunch under the Evernorth branding.
