Biden Picks Califf As Safe Bet for FDA Commissioner

Biden has nominated Robert Califf to lead the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Although Califf’s position at Google’s Verily has drawn some criticism, pharmaceutical companies largely support his appointment.
