Astorg Makes Deal with Amulet Capital Partners to Acquire OPEN Health

Astorg has announced that it will acquire OPEN Health from Amulet Capital Partners. OPEN Health, headquartered in London, UK, is a leader in scientific communications, health economics and outcomes research, and market access services. CEO Rob Barker and OPEN Health’s management team will continue to lead the organization, which serves over 170 life sciences corporations.
