The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is slated to discuss a new module to its Medtech Early Technical Assessment (META tool) during the upcoming Med-Tech Innovation Expo in Birmingham, U.K.
Jeanette Kusel, director for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence scientific advice, in an article published on Medical Plastic News says the new module will help the tool remain up to date.
“[The new module] will be available to help align the tool with the fast-evolving digital health technology landscape by adapting to meet the needs of companies developing exciting new digital products,” she writes.
