NICE Looks to Include EHRs, RWE in Guidance

The U.K.’s National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) announced plans to incorporate electronic health records and real-world evidence (RWE) in the development of its guidance, PMLiVE reports.
According to the report, officials proposed the plan last month.
NICE vowed to “set out the full range of data sources that we will accept and the methods and analytical tools that we will put in place to assess the quality and suitability of data in the future.”
