The U.S. Justice Department is reportedly close to signing off on two massive mergers in the health care industry, according to a Wall Street Journal report.
Antitrust enforcers are close to approving the CVS Health Corp.’s acquisition of Aetna, as well as Cigna Corp.’s purchase of Express Scripts, according to the report citing “people familiar with the matter.”
The WSJ’s sources say the deals could get antitrust approval in the coming weeks.
