Fauci: Trump ‘Does Listen’

Anthony Fauci, the nation’s top coronavirus expert, told JAMA in a recent interview that while President Donald Trump sometimes says things that don’t align with the science, he “does listen.”

“The one thing I’ve found to be absolutely clear is, he does listen,” Fauci said during the interview. “He might go out and express it in a different way, but at the end of the day, he takes very seriously what I and Dr. Birx and others tell him.”
