Investors Business Daily is challenging the claim the U.S., as a whole, spends “too much” on health care services.
The editorial points to some of the bigger names reiterating that claim to push their personal health care plans, including Sen. Bernie Sanders and former President Barack Obama.
However, “Americans spend more on just about anything than any other country in the world,” the editorial says. “The U.S. spends more per capita on advertising, more on national defense, more on information and communications technology, more on leisure activities.”
