On June 19, 2019, France’s Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) released a prospective report outlining 29 proposals to fulfill the promises of digital health. The proposals center around 4 main concepts:

  1. Develop an inclusive digital approach to user services and facilitate their engagement (6 proposals)
  2. Mobilize professionals around the use of digital support for improving the quality and safety of practices and routes (10 proposals)
  3. Strengthen confidence in the digital world through an adapted evaluation (5 proposals)
  4. Guarantee a good use of sensitive data and artificial intelligence (8 proposals)
