Real World Outcomes Liaisons (RWOLs) are the non-promotional, scientific communication component within the US Health Outcomes organization. RWOLs directly engage value based customers to answer their questions and provide the evidence they require. The RWOL role is specifically designed to provide deep content knowledge regarding therapeutic drug classes, clinical/disease state information, pharmacoeconomics/health outcomes, formulary management and health policy expertise. As the interface between Lilly and external population- based health care decision makers, RWOLs bring back the customer voice in areas such as formulary management; pharmaceutical selection, access,and reimbursement;and health care policy. RWOLs are expected to be leverage their environmental, health outcomes, and payer knowledge as well as exhibit formal and informal leadership behaviors to deliver on USHO objectives.

The Outcome Measurement Specialist / Researcher (OMSR) will be responsible for all initiatives relating to determining relationships relative to the program offerings, treatment approaches, and population(s) of Mountainside.
Because of the expansion of our Patient-Centered Outcomes activities in the US, we wish to appoint an (Associate) Director Patient-Centered Outcomes to lead and grow the Patient-Centered Outcomes activities from our Boston office.
Under general direction of the Global Team Lead of Health Economics and Market Access, the candidate will design and implement global health economics and outcomes research studie and formulate market access strategies. The candidate will direct health economic research & strategy to include oversight and content development of systematic literature reviews, economic models, value dossiers, publications, field-based tools, burden of illness studies, database analyses, patient-reported outcomes studies, drug utilization reviews, prospective or retrospective observational epidemiologic or health resource utilization studies, and global market access programs.
Under general direction of the Global Team Lead of Health Economics and Market Access, the candidate will direct health economic research & strategy to include oversight of economic modeling, systematic reviews, value dossiers, publications, field-based tools, and global access programs. The candidate may also oversee and lead a team of researchers. This position will work with senior management to implement strategic and tactical goals that are designed to grow the overall business.
